We will replace faulty products (e.g. products that arrive damaged or incomplete) free of charge on return of the faulty or incomplete products (we will fund the return postage).

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it may be exchanged or refunded within 14 working days from your receipt.
The products must be received back in re-saleable, undamaged and unopened condition, including in complete packaging and wrapping, with proof of purchase.
In this case, postage costs will not be included in the refund, which will be issued within 28 days from satisfactory receipt of the returned products.

Once opened, products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Downloadable products (e.g. e-books or subscriptions) cannot be returned once downloaded unless faulty.

Placing an order:
These additional Terms of Sale apply to any purchases made via the Site. We may make chargeable products or services available for purchase on the Site from time to time.

Coglode shall not be liable for loss caused by delay in delivering your order except that if we fail to delivery your order we will reimburse the cost of your order, which shall be the extent of our entire liability.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Please note that when ordering from Coglode, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to ‘Import Taxes’, ‘Customs Duties’ or a ‘Goods & Service Tax’ levied by the destination country.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient and we have no control over these charges and are unable to say in advance if such charges will be made.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country and details can be obtained from the local Customs Office.
We will not be liable to you for any delay or failure of the goods to reach their delivery address because of the detention of a parcel by customs or other authorities.
Ownership of goods:
The ownership of products ordered by you shall not pass to you until you have paid Coglode in full for the purchase price for them although the risk in them shall pass to you on delivery.
Signature on Delivery:
Courier shipments may require a signature on delivery. Please be aware that if the goods are returned to us by the courier, we may charge our standard delivery charge for sending them out for re-delivery.
